Live Blood Analysis Immersion Education

Living Ground Project Site, Southern Ecuador
June 29 – July 6, 2026
This is a small group. Spots are limited. Once full, registration closes.

This is not about chasing symptoms. This is about learning to see.

Over eight days, you will sit with your own blood under the microscope and begin to understand what it reflects about your internal terrain, your patterns, and your daily inputs.  You will observe, apply, and observe again.

This is not a diagnostic course. This is not about chasing symptoms. This is about learning to see.

IS THIS FOR YOU

If you feel like something in your body is off but you cannot clearly see what is happening…

If you are tired of guessing and want to understand cause and effect directly…

If you want to learn how to observe your body rather than rely on interpretation…

Then this immersion is likely a strong fit for you!

What This Is

This is a hands-on immersion held at Living Ground Project in southern Ecuador.

You will learn how to observe your own blood as a living system, responsive to what you eat, drink, and do each day.

This is not theoretical.  You will work directly with your own blood throughout the experience and begin to recognize patterns through observation.  Everything is observed in real time.

How It Flows

Day one is arrival and settling into the environment. Early in the immersion, each participant receives a personal live blood observation along with a written report that includes food, plant, and lifestyle guidance. This is applied immediately as we cater your food to your health.

Over the following days, you will learn how to prepare and examine live blood samples, and how to recognize patterns through direct observation.  You will work with food, herbs, and daily practices as active variables, not concepts.

On the final day, Leisha will observe your blood again and see what has shifted.  A full follow-up report will be prepared and sent after the immersion.

What You Will Learn

  • How to prepare and observe live blood samples
  • How to recognize patterns in movement, spacing, and structure within the blood
  • How daily inputs directly influence what you see
  • How to track changes over time
  • How to interpret observations in a practical way and apply them
  • Nutritional patterns reflected in the blood
  • Immune system activity and responsiveness
  • Waste and congestion within the plasma
  • Mineral and electrolyte balance as it appears in structure and movement
  • Zeta potential and how electrical charge influences cell interaction
  • Hydration and its effect on fluidity and flow
  • Protein balance and its influence on cell interaction
  • Areas of stagnation and areas of movement within the terrain
  • Holographic blood interpretation and how patterns reflect the broader terrain
  • How the terrain shifts in response to food, herbs, and daily inputs

This is not about memorizing charts. This is about learning how to look and knowing what to do with what you see.

FOOD AND DAILY LIFE

Food is part of the process. Meals are designed to support clarity during observation and to create measurable shifts over the week. Each day focuses on different internal systems, including the kidneys, liver, lymphatic system, and brain.

One full day is spent in the gardens and kitchen, where you will work directly with plants and create your own personalized ferment based on your observations.

Meals are prepared through our on site Gratitude Café using ingredients from our gardens and local producers. We accommodate all diets, including vegan, vegetarian, meat, and gluten free.

There will also be a music night, special meal presentations, hiking opportunities, a dedicated rest and recovery day, and the option to experience a Bowen treatment.

Time is built in to observe, reflect, and integrate. You are also welcome to stay extra days to enjoy the Vilcabamba area at a reasonable cost.

What can you Expect?

  • You will begin to recognize patterns in your own blood
  • You will understand how your daily choices affect your internal environment
  • You will leave with practical and natural ways to influence what you see

Your Guide

Leisha is a practitioner of live blood analysis, a homeopath, herbalist, and naturopath, and the founder of the Living Ground Project in southern Ecuador.

Her work is grounded in terrain-based understanding, where the body is observed as a living system shaped by food, environment, and daily inputs. Through live blood analysis, she works directly with patterns in real time, connecting what is seen under the microscope with what is lived day to day.

Cover of Live Blood Guide Book available on amazonShe is the author of six books, including Live Blood Analysis for the Layperson, a practical guide designed to return the power of observation to individuals. Her work focuses on self-reliance, helping people understand their own bodies through direct experience rather than dependence on external systems.

The Living Ground Project is a working space where gardens, food, and learning are integrated. It is not separate from the work. It is the environment where it is practiced daily.

For over 30 years, Leisha has lived close to the land, first in Canada and now in Ecuador. Her days are shaped by growing food, working with herbs, fermenting, and applying what she teaches in real time. The same systems you will be learning are the ones used here every day.

This immersion is built from that work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any prior experience with live blood or microscopes?

No. This is taught from the beginning. You will learn how to prepare samples, use the microscope, and understand what you are seeing step by step.

Is this medical or diagnostic?

No. This is not a diagnostic course. This is not about chasing symptoms. This is about learning to see.

Will I really be able to see changes in my blood?

Yes, in many cases.   You will observe your blood at the beginning and again at the end of the immersion.
Because you will be applying changes during the week, many participants are able to see shifts in movement, spacing, and overall appearance.

What is a typical day like?

Most days include:

  • morning or midday microscope work
  • teaching and discussion
  • time to observe and reflect
  • meals and breaks

There is structure, but also space to process what you are learning.

What is the food like?

Food is organic, fresh, and prepared daily and shared in our Gratitude Cafe

Meals are designed to support the body during the immersion.   Meals will be themed on health of the body systems.

One full day is spent working with food directly, including creating a personalized ferment.

Do I have to follow a specific diet during the immersion?

You will receive guidance based on your initial live blood observation.  Then you are encouraged to follow this during your time here so you can see how your blood responds.

Can I join if I stay off-site or live locally?

Yes. The program-only option is available for those living nearby or staying off-site.   Lunch is included.

Do I need to attend every day?

Yes.  This is a full immersion experience.  The learning builds over time, and the final observation depends on consistent participation.

What happens after I apply?

Once you submit the form:

  • I will review your application
  • confirm availability
  • send next steps and payment details

A $300 deposit is required to secure your place.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable unless your space is filled.  Because the group is small, each space matters.

How do I get there?

We recommend international participants fly into Quito and then take a domestic flight to Loja.  From Loja, a taxi to Living Ground is approximately $40 and this can be arranged for you.    Full travel details will be provided after registration and we are willing to assist.

Is this suitable if I have health concerns?

Yes, but this is not a medical program.  If you have specific concerns, you can share them in your application so they can be considered during your time here.
